Kathy is the motivator for New England Security and our staff. If you meet her anywhere, you will soon know what we do, and why. She is our ambassador to the community. From the Chamber of Commerce to the State House; from Camp Keswick and HUME to Here at Home Committee, to Berkshire Builders to a 4th of July float; Kathy is “in charge,” overseeing it all.
As a Vietnam Veteran, Military Policeman, former Officer for Dalton, then Pittsfield, and having served as Commander of Pittsfield’s Auxiliary Police Unit, Bill brings his extensive knowledge of criminal behavior to his design of the security systems we install. He is efficient and effective. As the New England Security’s full-time designer/consultant for most of our 35 years in business, Bill is the “face” of New England Security.
LYNN MAYNARDOffice Manager
For over 10 years, Lynn has been the “glue” that keeps our office together. Whenever we need something, Lynn gets it. She is also the “voice” of New England Security. She answers your calls, and is there to help. If she doesn’t have the answer then and there, she will get it for you. You can count on it.

JOSH HASTYMarketing, Sales and Installation Technician
Josh has a background in computers, cellular technology, and customer service. He designs burglar, fire, access control and CCTV systems for all types and sizes of buildings. Having designed systems for churches, synagogues, schools, and health care facilities, Josh has the experience to design and install the correct system for you.
MARY CINQUEInstallation Technician, Research & Development
Mary has worked with us for many years beginning in 1987. For several years during that time, she lived in Georgia, working with a security company installing large fire systems in schools and commercial buildings. Mary, licensed in Georgia, owned he own security company, installing security systems in homes and businesses, as well as Closed Circuit Camera systems in government facilities, including schools and correctional facilities. Now she is back with us in Berkshire County to take over control in the next few years.
JOHN WILLIAMSTechnical Manager
John started working with us 27 years ago. He is the brain of our technical department. He knows just about everything from “ancient” panels to the latest in programming and operation of the newest and most sophisticated systems. He is active in the community, providing sound reinforcement for local shows and groups, Relay for Life, and even the Colonial Theatre.
RODNEY L. HASTYSecurity Analyst
Rodney, a long time resident of Berkshire County, was associated with the health care management industry for forty years until retiring from this field in 2012. During that time, he managed many support service departments, including the engineering departments in two major facilities. Rod also owned and managed his own disaster restoration business in Maine from 1984 to 1989. Active in the church, and assisting on community projects, Rod has served on the board of Berkshire Habitat for Humanity.
